Edit a device

Overview

This section explains how to edit a device. A device can be edited from the iCreate device management page.

A Device refers to any individual physical unit, module, or piece of equipment deployed within the system.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure the following requirements are met.

  • You have access to iCreate.

  • You are logged in to iCreate.

  • You are inside device management page.

Procedure

1. Click on options icon

2. Click on edit button

3. Write the new device name

4. Click on "Edit device" button

5. Device update is completed
